Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales & Business Development Manager will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities.


Scope of Work:

  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze industry trends and conduct market research to identify business opportunities
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients post sales to understand their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Performance Tracking: Curate a monitoring system for sales to analyse sales performance metrics, track progress against targets and provide monthly financial projections and sales targets
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement long-term sales strategic business development plan for target markets and identify long term strategic partnerships


Job Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Degree in relevant disciplines: Business and Finance
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships within and outside the company and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in analytical thinking and financial prowess
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in the automotive industry is an added advantage
