IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
- In charge of Server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall, VPN
- Knowledge of accounting and inventory software application
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Motivated in problem solving
- Able to work as a team and independently
