Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for clients, source exceptional talent, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing Employment Pass applications for clients, ensuring compliance with government regulations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
- Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates.
- Prepare and submit Employment Pass applications and other relevant work pass-related documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to enhance satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market developments to provide informed recruitment advice.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Employment Pass application processes and work pass requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage.
