**Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with key stakeholders from the technology lines of business for IT recruitment strategy
- Managing a portfolio of positions simultaneously across the technology businesses; Take ownership of allocated portfolio on the full recruitment life cycle from active sourcing to offer

**Requirements**:

- Degree with 3 years’ experience in technology recruitment role
- Comfortable managing volume recruitment as well as ad-hoc projects in technology recruitment
- Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
- Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate records and data management in the relevant systems-
