Business Development Representative

What we are looking for:
- ERP sales experience is mandatory - any type of ERP applications (examples: SAP, MSD365 Business Central, IFS, Syspro, Oracle and Acumatica etc)
- 100% hunter role
- Preferably consulting experience (not necessary)
- Need to know APAC market clients (at the very least, Singapore market clients)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business prospects within the ERP sector.
- Promote and sell our ERP solutions (SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor) to new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and to provide appropriate ERP solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor.
- Familiar with multiple of the following domains (Accounts / Purchasing / Sales / Inventory / Manufacturing)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 year of experience in sales, with a focus on ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
