Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading general insurer with a strong market presence. As part of a collaborative and highly motivated team, you'll start with a one-month classroom training program. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive product knowledge and training on phone etiquette, ensuring you're fully prepared before transitioning to the call floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Turning leads from campaign partners into sales through active listening and understanding of customers' needs.
  • Identify potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs, and recommending additional products or services that provide added value.
  • Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards.
  • Update customer information in the database.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level.
  • Outspoken and not afraid of rejections.
  • Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred
    Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
