Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio
  2. Build relationships with clients & to serve as a trusted advisor to them
  3. Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products
  4. Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings
  5. Billing of clients and any other related ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  1. Diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance
  2. At least 2 years of related/relevant experience
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT Skills
  4. Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  5. Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills
  6. Independent, confident, meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task efficiently
  7. Able to work under pressure and in a team
