Responsibilities:

  • Source for Suppliers, Service Provider for required Product or Service.
  • Review, evaluate and analyse products and services to be rendered / purchased
  • Follow and enforce company's procurement policies and procedure
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range, etc.
  • Research and evaluate potential prospective suppliers
  • Raise and prepare Purchase Order
  • Monitor and liaise with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and submission of all required documents for import/ export
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
