Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Programme Specialist to join our team in Singapore, with hybrid flexibility to work remotely. This specialist role will be responsible for running the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for the association and making sure key deliverables and targets of the programme are achieved accordingly to the timeline. The work includes recruitment and enrolment of companies, assessment of applications, submission for approval and submission of claims. To prepare monthly report on progress of CCP to the association management and Workforce Singapore for review.


This position calls for frequent correspondence and liaison with multiple stakeholders eg member companies, partners and Workforce Singapore, etc which is mostly external fronting. Require to present and explain CCP to companies and ensure clear communications with them on the requirements as well as details of CCP. Attend to the roadshow booth to create the awareness of CCP to the members and industry. On a quarterly basis, consolidate the documents of the candidates, and submit the claim using the official portal. Thereafter, be the focal person to answer clarifications and track the claim approval till completion.


The Programme Specialist is expected stay updated on the latest development and any enhancement of the CCP programme. Must also be tuned to the outlook of the market for hiring. In addition, the candidate is required to assist the other team members in projects when it is needed.


The successful candidate should have strong sales skills, be organized, self-driven, analytical, and possess a creative mindset with a curious mind. Some remote work will be acceptable.


Qualifications

· Diploma in a relevant field with minimum 3 years working experience. Experience in a sales or human resource recruitment role related to technology or engineering industry is a plus.

· Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise; work towards delivering the targets within the datelines and schedule

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail to ensure proper and complete documentation

· Able to work with cross-functional team and different stakeholders to enhance and improve on the process and workflow

· Merticulous in character, with a sales mindset to drive the enrolment of CCP.

· Resourceful to be able to identify partners to work with

· Tech savvy with online portals, MS Office and shared drive etc
