My client is a well-established Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider known for their contract manufacturing services of high-mix-low-volume projects.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Program Executive to join the team.

As a Sales Program Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attend to customer inquiry, quotation, escalation & order fulfillment issues
  • Coordinate the sales activities with stakeholders within the Sales Team and Costing Team
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics departments to ensure the production scheduling & on-time delivery
  • Project planning and management on new turn-on projects

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Min 3 - 5 years relevant working experience ideally within the Electronic Manufacturing / EMS / Contract Manufacturing / Industrial Manufacturing industry
  • Ideally experienced in EMS or cable industry with knowledge in Box Build Assembly and System Integration
  • Experienced in costing & managing customer expectations
  • Experience in using SAP, BAAN and etc
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. V-Look Up) will be an added advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers

Base salary up to $5,000, excluding bonus.
