Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms and website.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing, including newsletters, and social media posts (TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, IG & FB)
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
