Roles & Responsibilities

B2B Leasing/Rental Management: Develop and implement strategies to generate sales and leasing opportunities within the B2B sector (corporate clients, businesses, and government contracts).

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals to delivery and follow-up.

Manage and optimise the leasing/rental fleet, ensuring vehicles are readily available, properly maintained, and in top condition.

Coordinate with the finance department to offer tailored leasing and rental packages suited to business needs.

Team Leadership & Training: Lead, manage, and train a team of sales and customer service staff to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Provide coaching and guidance to team members to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting individual goals for team members.

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients and prospective partners.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Ensure a high level of satisfaction for clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Analyse sales and leasing/rental data, reporting regularly on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for upper management.

Operational Oversight: Manage inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels of vehicles for leasing, and rental.

Oversee the smooth operation of the department, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and presentable.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations, laws, and internal policies regarding leasing, and rentals.

Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote leasing and rental services to potential business clients.

Develop and implement promotional strategies, including events and trade shows, to attract corporate clientele.

Qualifications:

Car engineering educated background

Strong understanding of vehicle leasing/rental contracts, terms, and conditions.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and coach a team.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive business growth.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
