Global Mechanical Sales Director(Medtech Contract Manufacturing)

- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
- Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
- Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
- Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
skills & experience required
- Msc / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of business development & sales working experience in a contract manufacturing (high mix low volume) environment
- Experience with medtech/ medical devices manufacturing in a contract manufacturing environment will be a big plus
- Knowledge of the machining process and ability to read technical drawings is a must
- Possess with Manufacturing Management experience is required
- Able to travel to overseas,global for work assignment around(30-40%)
