Roles & Responsibilities

about the job

  • Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
  • Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
  • Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
  • Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
  • Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
  • Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
  • Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions

skills & experience required

  • Msc / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of business development & sales working experience in a contract manufacturing (high mix low volume) environment
  • Experience with medtech/ medical devices manufacturing in a contract manufacturing environment will be a big plus
  • Knowledge of the machining process and ability to read technical drawings is a must
  • Possess with Manufacturing Management experience is required
  • Able to travel to overseas,global for work assignment around(30-40%)
