Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our India domestic market operations within the electronics components sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in electronics components and experience in both global and India market dynamics. This role, based in our Singapore office, offers the potential for future overseas assignments in India, leading to a Chief Sales Executive position within our India organization.
Workplace: Singapore Office, Tanjong Pagar
Salary Package: Basic up to $7000 + VB + Allowance
Start Date: January 2025
Prospects: Overseas assignment in India, with potential to become Chief Sales Executive in the India organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer claims, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
· Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in the India domestic market.
· Coordinate and follow up on delivery schedules, ensuring timely product dispatch and customer satisfaction.
· Monitor and periodically update market conditions, trends, and competitors in the India region.
· Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and support) to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
· Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions within the electronics component space.
· Maintain knowledge of both global and India market trends to drive competitive advantage and business growth.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales management within the electronics components industry.
· Strong understanding of both global and India market business dynamics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
· Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
· Experience with managing delivery schedules and customer claims.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to provide regular market updates and sales reports.
