K2 Cleaning Pte Ltd is a company that providing Centralise Dishwashing Service for all F&B company such as Foodcourt/Coffeeshop Operator, Restaurants and Individual stallholders. We assist customers by collecting their crockery back to our premises to wash. A Sales Manager is essential for K2 Cleaning Pte Ltd to drive business growth by expanding the company's customer base and increasing revenue. With a competitive market in the F&B dishwashing service industry, a dedicated Sales Manager will develop strategic business plans, manage the sales team, and build strong customer relationships. This role ensures that sales targets are met while enhancing client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the company's long-term success and market leadership.
Job Description
• Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets for individual and sales teams
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
• Own recruiting, coaching and monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
• Prepare sales contracts in according to customers requirements
Requirements
• Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, management good communication skills
• Sales and Target Driven, highly motivated with initiative.
• With Class 3 Driving License will be advantage
