Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote our services. Identify and target new clients in Singapore and beyond.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and market research. Customize services to client needs.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and reports. Track performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Drive new business and expand existing client relationships to contribute to our revenue growth goal.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in professional services (accounting, tax, payroll).
  • Strong understanding of the corporate services market in Singapore and the region.
  • Experience with clients from Europe and China is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
