Responsibilities:

  • Determine business prospects in the construction industry and fulfill the management set sales targets.
  • Support the company and act as a specialist in the construction industry.
  • Pursuing growth possibilities in the construction industry and for the new clients.
  • Ensuring to maintain the client relationship and understand their needs.
  • Provide an analysis for the possible new clients.
  • Coordinate with the stakeholders in creating and maintaining a list of networks.
  • Monitoring of the site progress and efficiently providing material forecasts.
  • Keep up to date with the latest issues, concerns, etc that support the development of strategies.
  • Coordinate the terms & conditions with the dealers and customers.
  • Providing monthly reports and ad hoc tasks may assign.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Sales in the Construction Industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Competent skills in critical thinking and with self-motivation.
