Undergraduate: Business Analysis, Business Administration | Graduate: Business Analysis
(B) Core Functions
1. Faculty Recruitment and Collaboration
– Formulate recruitment standards for business faculty (such as industry experience, quantitative research capabilities), ensuring that 50% of the teachers have teaching experience in AACSB-accredited business schools in the US.
– Promote the joint teaching mode of "dual-teacher system" by business professors from the US partner institutions (such as US professors teaching online as the main lecturer + local teachers providing offline tutoring).
2. Standardization of Teaching Processes
– Establish course implementation norms, including case teaching templates, group project grading guidelines, and examination paper setting procedures, to ensure teaching consistency between the US and Singapore.
– Share teaching data (such as student grade distributions, course evaluations) with the US partner institutions to collaboratively optimize teaching strategies.
3. Integration of Industry Resources
– Connect with the school-enterprise cooperation networks of the US partner institutions (such as alumni enterprises, industry alliances), and introduce practical resources (such as
enterprise data sets, guest lectures) into local teaching.
(C) Qualification Requirements
– A doctoral degree in the business field, with over 8 years of experience in teaching management in US business schools.
– Preferred: Having an Asia-Pacific regional business resource network or familiarity with the connection processes of ACCA/CFA and other certifications.
