  • Basic Salary up to S$2,800

Job Descriptions:

- Human Resources

Provide daily support across all HR & Administrative function, including but not limited to:

  • Handle the process of employee lifecycle including recruitment, work pass application, insurance, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate records etc.
  • Manage & adherence to HR policies.
  • Manage employee benefits and staff welfare programs, including Leave Entitlement and Medical benefits.
  • Provide HR-related reports as needed.
  • Facilitate and ensure timely submissions of government and related claims, such as, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Income Tax matters and FWL waivers.
  • Assist in organizing and planning of corporate events and activities.

- Office Administration

  • Assist with month end closing and reports.
  • Update and maintain accurate daily, weekly & monthly inventory movement records and reporting.
  • Assist to reconcile of any stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse.
  • Manage & update invoicing system and product codes.
  • Maintain systematic filing systems, records & database.
  • Assist and manage any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min. Nitec or Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in HR & Administrative functions.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Software.
  • Capable to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work independently, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess a positive work attitude, responsible with initiative, meticulous to details and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
