Assistant Manager, Guest Experience Host

Responsibilities:
- Provide membership services for Resorts World Sentosa's loyalty programme members including attending to general enquiries, creating new members accounts, keeping members updated of membership benefits and privileges.
- Work in partnership with the planning and sales team to promote membership programmes and benefits, as well as campaigns, promotions and events to attract and retain members.
- Serve as a one stop in-house host to identify and engage high value customers to develop key account relations and provide personalized services including restaurant and transport reservations and organizing leisure activities.
- Conduct surveys and analysis to collect guest feedback and compile observations to improve guest experience, contribute to the planning of members' only promotions and events, to encourage repeat visitations to Resorts World Sentosa.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in business, marketing or hospitality.
- Good communication skills. Preferably with relevant business development, sales, customer service or loyalty programme marketing from the hospitality or service industry.
- Candidate is expected to handle English and Mandarin speaking guests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Windows, Excel, Word and Power Point.
