You are service-oriented and passionate in achieving customer satisfaction. You are also a good team-player and at the same time a confident individual, willing to learn and take on new challenges. As the Reservation Agent, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the Reservation Department.


Your Profile

  • Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
  • No prior experience is needed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel or call centre operations will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills.
  • Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Due to our clientele base, ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact for guests, maintains a positive attitude and a smile in your voice.
  • Processes all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
  • Identifies guest reservation needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Explains guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Answers questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
