Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills to effectively manage various HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the time attendance system and verify timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
  • Coordinate all matters related to work passes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of employee leave, including government leave claims.
  • Handle employee work injury issues and process medical insurance claims.
  • Negotiate and manage employee insurance benefits plans with external agencies.
  • Source and coordinate staff training, including statutory training grants, and maintain training records.
  • Manage tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submissions (IR8A).
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in the Business Management or HR field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR field.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations such as the Employment Act.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
