vVolve Management Consultants, a leading business solution provider and SAP partner headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a skilled and experienced AP Automation Consultant. We specialise in Digital Transformation, Intelligent ERP, and Cloud solutions, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to innovation and client success.

What You'll Do:

As an integral part of our team, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of AP Automation solutions using SAP OpenText VIM, seamlessly integrated with SAP S/4HANA. You will also have the opportunity to work with other leading invoice management solutions to provide our clients with the best possible options. You will:

  • Lead the Implementation, Upgrade and Support of AP Automation solutions: From requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, user training and Application management.
  • Provide SAP S/4HANA expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance and S/4HANA Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration with OpenText VIM and other invoice management solutions.
  • Be a client consultant: Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions, recommending the most suitable invoice management solution for their specific needs. Should have diverse industry experience.
  • Design and configure: OpenText VIM workflows, business rules, and user interfaces tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with technical teams to integrate OpenText VIM, or other chosen solutions, with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
  • Ensure quality: Conduct rigorous testing to guarantee solutions meet business needs.
  • Empower users: Provide training and support to clients on their chosen invoice management solution.
  • Contribute to pre-sales: Participate in RFP responses, solution proposals, and client presentations, showcasing the strengths of various invoice management options.
  • Deliver successfully: Provide onsite support during project implementation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise invoice processing efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest OpenText and SAP S/4HANA releases and best practices, as well as advancements in other leading invoice management solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • Solid foundation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience: Min. 7-10 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, specialising in SAP S/4HANA and invoice management solutions, including OpenText VIM and well exposed with competing solutions.
  • Successful track record: Demonstrated experience in delivering and supporting invoice management projects in an client interfacing role.
  • S/4HANA mastery: Strong understanding of key S/4HANA processes and configurations related to finance and supply chain, particularly in areas relevant to invoice processing.
  • Invoice management expertise: Hands-on experience with configuration, workflows, business rules, and UI customisation of OpenText VIM and preferably other leading solutions.
  • Pre-sales skills: Experience in solution design, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
  • Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Preferred :

  • SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM certification
  • Certifications in other invoice management solutions
  • Experience with other SAP solutions or third-party applications
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 applications
