RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a streamlined approach.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Addressing clients’ concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Preparation of sales performance reports, sales budgets management and forecasts to ensure economical efficiency.
- Assist in overseeing, managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of business unit.
- Managing project life cycle from planning to closure, scheduling and tracking of project progress.
- Oversee the logistics in trading activities, including shipment scheduling and tracking.
- Handle import and export documentation and ensure in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement for stock replenishment.
- Evaluating safety standards, enforcing regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to stay in compliance with regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in overseeing the operations team, mentor and support team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Preferably with relevant experience in construction and quarry operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer need.
- A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
