Telemarketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound Telesales activities to acquire renewal customers for general insurance - Motor Insurance.
- Manage customer queries promptly, ensuring high service standards and compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers' needs in phone, email and chat.
- Work independently and engage proactively with stakeholders to meet Telesales call conversion targets.
- Required to work outstation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc roles assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- GCE O-Level/Diploma or equivalent.
- General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, CommGI) required.
- At least 2 years of Telesales experience, ideally in personal lines general insurance products.
- Strong motivation, negotiation, and consultative t\Telesales skills leading to high lead conversion.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
