Scope Overview:

Facilitating the daily administrative and HR matters
Office general administration including filing, mailing and correspondence
Manage Foreign Workers applications/renewal/termination
Staff leave administration/training arrangement
Maintain and update staff/workers records and contact details
Record keeping of any other necessary ISO documents

Requirements:

Min. "O" Level
Min. 2 years' experience
Familiar with MOM regulations
Independent worker
Effective team-player with a positive attitude
