Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of HR deliverables, which include (not limited to) recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, support employee development, execute onboarding process, talent management and succession plans, as well as offboarding process.
  • Work closely with Business Units (BUs) to align HR policies, practices and strategies to achieve overall business objectives, vision and values
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top-quality candidates
  • Administer the Annual Performance Appraisal cycle
  • Provide support in compensation reviews
  • Use data and generate report to assess HR trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  • Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and employment law requirements
  • Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related field
  • At least 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably in IT sector
  • At least 3 years of Business Partnering of HR Advisory experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, conduct benchmarking studies, analyze market trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
