Roles & Responsibilities

A Japanese IT company based in Singapore is currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.

HR and admin officer


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for a range of tasks related to recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, selection, and training.

  • Understanding recruitment plans and HR strategies
  • Handling job postings (on platforms like My Career Future)
  • Collaborating with educational institutions to acquire talented individuals
  • Filtering resumes of applicants (conducting reference checks as necessary)
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews (including liaising with agents and applicants)
  • Handling visa arrangements for recruitment
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding procedures (document preparation, orientation, equipment setup, etc.)
  • Weekly and monthly progress report generation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks


Requirements

  • Proactive in catching up with new tasks
  • Experience in recruitment-related tasks (knowledge of MOM regulations and visa matters is preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Business-level English proficiency (required for internal/external communication)
  • Coversation level of Japanese proficiency (required for internal/external communication)


Others

  • Salary: SGD 4-6K (depending on the experience) + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri
