Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project
  • Handle claims processing and ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance to company policies.
  • Process and submit government claims e.g. NS make-up pay, childcare, maternity, FWL waiver etc
  • Maintain HR database
  • Assist in the administration of employee training and development
  • Prepare PO and update report
  • Receives / sends courier items.
  • Manage overall office management such as maintain furnishing, equipment, supplies, infra-structure and provide general office support ie. Local / International courier services and manage inventory for office stationeries, pantry supplies and medical first-aid.
  • Assist in staffing process when required
  • Providing other administrative support as needed
