The HR Admin Officer role requires an individual to support the HR functions in the company, but below are the main scope:

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Assist with and manage full cycle of recruitment and selection, including prescreening, arranging interviews and onboarding procedures
  • Assist with offboarding / employee exits
  • Initiate background checks to all new staffs in accordance to SPS and client's requirements
  • NDAs to be signed by staffs and to be submitted to clients for site onboarding

Training:

  • Trigger induction training for new employees and annual refresher's training
  • Administer external training related matters including coordination, course registration, update and
maintain training records

Event Planning and Communication:

  • Work with other team members to plan for company's annual events
  • Coordinate company team building events
  • Assist with the handling employee communications using company's tool (Beekeeper)

Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Assist HR department with HR documentations and policies
  • From time to time there will be requirements for cover other HR duties
  • Covering for Receptionist (as and when required)
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by Manager / Operations Director

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience will be advantageous
  • Highly motivated, teamplayer and resourceful
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Competent use of

Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, Powerpoint
