Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Manage government grants, work pass applications, and ensure HR compliance with regulations.
- Supervise office administration and daily operations.
- Ensure company policies align with MOM regulations and employment laws.
- Oversee and support a team of 20 to 30 employees in Singapore.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of MOM regulations, government grants, and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
