This role requires someone who can take charge, improve hiring efficiency, and ensure HR operations run smoothly while adapting to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Oversee the hiring & onboarding of new employees.

Develop faster & smarter hiring processes to reduce turnover.

Source and interview candidates efficiently using HR tech & AI tools.

HR Operations & Compliance

Handle MOM regulations, work passes, and ensure full compliance with employment laws.

Ensure HR policies, company structure, and work ethics are maintained at the highest standards.

Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and leave administration with precision.

People Management & Development

Act as the bridge between management & staff, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Provide support & leadership to build a positive and productive work culture.

Implement HR automation & digital tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.

AI & Technology Integration

Adapt to AI-driven HR tools & automated scheduling systems.

Drive the transition from manual HR work to AI-enhanced processes.

Ensure HR stays aligned with the company's digital transformation goals.

Who We Are Looking For?

3+ years of HR & Recruitment experience (preferably in fast-paced industries).

Deep knowledge of MOM regulations (employment laws, compliance, work passes).

Tech-savvy & have knowledge on AI (HR software, automation tools, digital transformation).

Strong leadership & communication skills (can take ownership & execute efficiently).

High integrity & professionalism (zero office politics, results-driven mindset).

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking employees.
