Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our organisation's growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including CPF reports and annual IR8A filing

- Oversee employee lifecycle management: onboarding, retention, and offboarding

- Handle recruitment, orientation, and exit processes

- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with MOM

- Maintain accurate HR and employee records, both physical and electronic

- Contribute to HR projects, strategies, and new system implementations

- Administer group insurance and employee medical benefits

- Process various Government claims (e.g., maternity leave, Child Care Leave, National Service)

- Manage Government Grant application (WSG, PSG, etc.)

- Review and update staff guidelines periodically

- Organise and participate in company events

- Prepare monthly HR reports

- Address employee relations matters and queries

- Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals

- Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:


- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with payroll management expertise

- Diploma or Professional Certificate in Human Resources or related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Meticulous, proactive, and self-motivated

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- Independent worker with a positive attitude

- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Singaporean only
