Roles & Responsibilities

ADMIN ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

1) Admin & Sales Coordination (70%)

- Handle the general administrative work

- Perform filing / saving account data to shared folders.

- Liaise with stakeholders for quotations.

- Schedule of monthly lift maintenance chart and follow up technicians

- Prepare and submit the DO and invoices .

- Perform documentation and simple processing duties.

- Assist in company events and transportation.

- Perform Yearly ISO submissions

- Prepare customer credit limit report.

- Arrange the cheque deposit and courier service.

2) Accounts (30%)

- prepare and submit invoice through Quickbook / XERO

- ⁠prepare AP / AR file regularly

- Download the daily bank transactions and update bank balances via email.

- Assist in sending the monthly Statement of Accounts and reminder email.

- Update quickbbok / XERO deadlines.

- Prepare the payment/transfer via online
