Account Manager, Sales Planning

Site Operations Management
- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of signed sites.
- Collect and analyze core data, such as sales, equipment usage, and customer feedback, in a timely manner.
Sales Performance Improvement
- Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing sales at various sites, such as promotional activities and product upgrades.
Value-Added Business Development
- Identify and promote value-added opportunities for sites, such as introducing new machines, expanding functionalities, or integrating resources from other partners.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the product, R&D, logistics, and supply chain teams to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance, and feature updates.
- Maintain synchronized communication with backend departments like finance and HR.
Key Data Monitoring
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) during site operations, such as sales revenue, equipment uptime, and repair response times.
- Provide regular operational feedback and propose improvement suggestions.
Relationship Management
- Maintain cooperative relationships with site owners to continuously optimize collaboration models.
- Preserve and enhance brand image with site partners.
Job Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience in sales planning & business intelligence
- Strong in data analytics
- Experience in F&B, Retail, Machinery, Equipment or related industries preferred.
- Strong cross-department communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with high sensitivity to key operational metrics.
