**Job Description**:
We are a subsidiary company in Singapore of a 38 years of global têxtile manufacturing company in Korea, looking for talents in this industry to work with us as a **Merchandiser to manage Japanese clients. **In this role, you will be a key driver to manage Japanese accounts.
- Manage existing Japanese clients' orders, from production to delivery
- Explore new Japanese clients
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and track all production and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with other department to develop a Product Range strategy based on market and customers' insights, keeping yourself abreast of latest trends and customers' buying habits
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Analyse sales figures and forecast profits/sales and plan budgets

**Job requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, sales and merchandising in têxtile industry

Knowledge in têxtile, garment & design is a must

Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N1) is a must, the ability to present across, information, ideas and in the transcript structure in the Japanese language, with the Japanese customers in Japan.
