Business Development Lead

We are partnering with an emerging FinTech start-up who has just closed Series A and is looking to further expand their business in South East Asia.
The BD person will be responsible for sourcing and developing B2B partnerships and
strategic accounts, driving an influx of sales pipeline, cold-calling and setting up sales
campaigns to improve top of funnel.
This role will be responsible for the full sales cycle from cold out-reach to client management and clsoing. It's a great opportuniuty for someone who is keen with full-cyle sales
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential clients, nurture relationships, and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and position the company's products or services as solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offering and address any concerns or objections raised by clients.
- Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients to secure new business deals.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Ability to manage and build relationships with key accounts
- Minimal 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Knowledge of financial technology (fintech) or payment industry
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
