Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in enterprise IT solutions.

- Support sales teams in engaging clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored IT solutions.

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business cases.

- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.

- Track and document project progress, key deliverables, and customer feedback.

- Support contract management, pricing, and service agreements.


Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or IT solutioning or IT

- Understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, system integration, or enterprise software.

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
