Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the Sales Engineer position.

Market: Business to Business (BtoC, BtoB)
Product: Battery and adhesive tape

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activity:
  • Get appointment with customer, visit customer, and introduce company's product and make presentation for the clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable product.
  • Discuss current customer demand and prepare sales forecast by each item. And explain it yourself.
  • Based on customer forecast, request purchase team to prepare product.
  • Discuss and negotiate price and delivery schedule with customers.
  • 70% farming 30% hunting
  • Survey ASEAN market and find new potential customers.
  • Get information from friends or exhibition or related companies or SNS for related industrial.
  • Check account receivable if needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have a skill in numbers, basic math.
  • Must have excel skill (to manage own sales result and forecast)
  • Good to have experience distribution management
  • Frequency of travel (Asean): roughly once a month
