Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing payroll processes, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Supervise the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring operational efficiency and streamlined processes.
  • Lead recruitment and staffing efforts, ensuring the plant is appropriately staffed to meet production objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, including wage and hour laws, work permits for foreign workers, safety standards, and employee rights.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills, safety knowledge, and performance across the plant.
  • Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of employee records within the HR Management System (HRMS).

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compensation & benefits management.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and the unique HR needs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
