We are seeking a NOC Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in network operations, system monitoring, and incident management, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance of critical IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network and system performance using NOC tools and dashboards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network and server issues as per SOPs.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for network devices, servers, and cloud platforms.
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with L2/L3 engineers, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update incident logs, reports, and documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Perform routine network and system maintenance tasks.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Support cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a NOC or IT support role.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix).
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 shift rotations (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools and cybersecurity concepts.
