Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Signature Consulting and its subsidiaries. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong sense of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly while managing diverse tasks across the group’s multiple business units.


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.

• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documents, and take accurate minutes.

• Maintain an organized filing system for records and correspondence.


Project Coordination

• Assist in tracking progress and deadlines for business projects.

• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

• Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings.


Personal Assistance

• Handle personal errands and administrative tasks for the CEO.

• Ensure personal schedules are aligned with business obligations.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.


Communication Management

• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, representing the CEO professionally.

• Draft and edit emails, letters, and reports as needed.


Operational Support

• Research and compile data for reports, presentations, or decisions.

• Manage expense reports and budgets related to the CEO’s activities.

• Ensure the CEO is prepared with all necessary materials for meetings.


Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
