Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our client team in one of the top foreign bank, focusing on our Reserve Credit Card portfolio. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value cardmembers, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth through strategic relationship building and targeted sales initiatives.


Job Highlights:

  • Salary up to $6,000
  • Location: Changi Business Park
  • 18 Months Contract (Renewable)
  • Flexible Hours When Required – Standard hours are 9AM – 6PM, but availability may be needed for international clients outside business hours or weekends.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement – Work remotely with in-person client meetings as needed (travel expenses claimable).
  • Hybrid Work: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value Reserve Credit Card cardmembers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardmembers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing card usage and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and risk teams, to ensure aligned strategies and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform relationship management strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets, contributing to the overall success of the Reserve Credit Card portfolio

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or ultra-high-net-worth clients
