HR Executive

Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
· Collaborate with management to design policies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, and environmental sustainability.
· Ensure consistent communication and application of HR policies across all departments.
· Conduct regular audits of HR practices and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.
· Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
· Analyze industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
· Identify training needs, source external training providers when necessary, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts.
· Develop strategies for talent retention, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.
· Organize employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
· Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the environmental services or facilities management sector.
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices.
· Proven experience in managing compensation, benefits, and training programs.
· Familiarity with training needs analysis and program development.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
