Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts.
- Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through
- Prospecting to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for MiR and Healthcare, retail industry for Meditech
- Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers' needs.
- Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
- Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business or IT
- Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions
- At least 4 years of sales experience
