Job OverviewTheGrail.app is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist with sales, training content creation, supplier liaison, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS company catering to the photo booth industry.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation- Identify and collect potential leads from social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Utilize sales engagement and intelligence platform to research and source high-quality leads for outreach.
- Engage and interact in Facebook groups related to photo booth businesses to connect with potential users.
- Assist in outbound sales outreach, including cold messaging and follow-ups.
- Create comprehensive client guide decks for users operating with varying photo booth softwares
- Develop step-by-step guides for:
- App download and installation
- App setup for new users
- Events operations
- Ensure training materials are clear, visually engaging, and easy to follow.
- Keep track of stock count to ensure sufficient supply.
- Ensure orders to users are properly tracked and accounted for from shipment to delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any logistics or supply chain issues.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for TheGrail.app users.
- Assist in compiling common user issues to improve future FAQs and customer support materials.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills for lead generation.
- Familiarity with photo booth software (or a willingness to learn).
- Basic experience in content creation (Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools).
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and track orders efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS sales, lead generation, and supplier management.
- Deep understanding of photo booth software and industry best practices.
- Exposure to customer service and troubleshooting in a tech-driven environment.
