Roles & Responsibilities

Executive Assistant cum HR admin

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling expense
  • Act as a key link between executives and internal/external parties, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs to enhance productivity and time management
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Oversee daily office operations & inventories such as office supplies, equipment, uniform
  • Coordinate office renovation & logistics, such as space planning and event management, for efficient functioning
  • Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standard
  • Manage correspondence and communication flow, prioritizing and redirecting as needed
  • Support HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding and event coordination, while also assisting in meeting and event coordination, research, and general administrative task

Requirements:

  • Proven experience 5 year working years, with 3+ for office admin, HR, executive assistant and similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
