Roles & Responsibilities
Our client, a global Public Relations agency specializing in technology and professional services, is in search of an HR cum Admin Executive to join their vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions and orientation programs.
- Support HR manager in employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
- Handle confidential payroll and contract data.
- Ensure office premises cleanliness and tidiness.
- Manage office supplies and maintenance services.
- Address office maintenance issues promptly for a safe work environment.
- Input and maintain data on employee records, payroll, and HR processes accurately.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis when required.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
