We are thrilled to introduce our brand new wine concept – a proprietary, in-house wine supply chain that grants us direct access to vineyards. Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall purchasing experience and satisfaction.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and manage wine shipments and logistics with local and overseas suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in accordance to the business needs.
  • Prepare purchase orders for delivery to clients, manage the necessary administrative process, including generating invoices, filing, and ensuring payments are made timely.
  • Work closely with the sales team, ensuring the sales catalogue is communicated accurately and effectively to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Retail, Hospitality, or F&B markets is a plus.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene standard.
  • High attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a positive and never-say-die attitude.
