Customer Success Specialist

For this position, you will be expected to deliver an excellent level of service to all clients, proactively connect with clients to drive customer satisfaction and usage. Working in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment, the customer success and training team enjoys the responsibility of delivering our suite of products to our clients across various industries.

Responsibility

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Proactively contact customers post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction by developing healthy customer relationship and improve customer experience
  • Drive product adoption and increase usage
  • Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback
  • Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer- support content
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
  • Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed

Qualification

  • At least 2 years of customer success or related experience on IT software solutions
  • Able to prioritise tasks and maintain a professional approach under pressure
  • Passion to drive customer success and focus on creating value for the customer
  • Strong MS Office skills and must be comfortable using software applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be Singapore citizen or PR
